Kim Butler moved to North Carolina from Long Island New York and absolutely loves living here! Falling in love not only with the area but also the level of service she received during her own real estate experience, Kim joined ROOST Real Estate as a Real Estate Buyer Specialist after first working with ROOST as a client. She was first introduce to the warm hospitality of the TarHeel State when exhibiting her home accessories company at the High Point Furniture Market. Prior to joining ROOST™, Jamie served as Chief Operating Officer of a company that provides business development services for real estate agents and brokers nationwide. He also previously managed operations as Managing Director of a real estate team with an international brokerage. Additionally, as a licensed REALTOR® in NY, Jamie helped clients buy and sell residential properties.
Prior to starting his career in real estate, Jamie was a Digital Marketing Consultant in the automotive industry where he engineered solutions to maximize lead generation and return on marketing investment. Prior to this, he developed 3 successful Direct Sales businesses where he sold telecommunications and energy services, and recruited, trained, and mentored thousands of independent distributors to do likewise. Jamie began his career as a Mechanical Engineer with General Motors in Research & Development where he developed Hydrogen Fuel Cell systems.
